Revenue Leak Scanner (“we,” “us”) is a service operated by Lordeus Pro. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions? Email info@lordeus.pro.

Information we collect

Account: your email address, used to sign you in with a one-time code.
Scan inputs: the answers you enter in the questionnaire (such as your industry, average sale value, and monthly customers) and, if you provide it, your website address.
Scan results: the estimate and the findings we generate for you.
Contact details: when you unlock your free website scan, we ask for your name, company, and (optionally) phone number, so we can send you your report and follow up about helping you fix what it found.

How we use it

We use your information to run your scan, generate and email your report, and to follow up with you — by email and, if you provided a number, by phone — about your results and how Lordeus Pro can help. We also use it to respond to support requests and improve the service. The service is free; we do not sell your personal information.

Service providers

We share data with providers only as needed to run the service: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database and sign-in), HubSpot (customer-relationship management — we store your contact details and scan summary there to manage follow-up), Resend (email delivery), and Anthropic (to write the plain-English report from your scan findings). When your report is generated, your website address, the scan findings, and your business type are sent to Anthropic; they do not use it to train their models.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

Your choices

You can opt out of follow-up messages at any time — use the unsubscribe link in any email or just reply and ask us to stop. You can also request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing info@lordeus.pro. We keep your scans while your account is active and delete them on request.

Security

We protect your data with encryption in transit, access controls, and row-level security so you only ever see your own scans. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to safeguard your information.

Changes

We may update this policy; we’ll change the date above when we do. Continued use means you accept the updated policy.
